Returns & Exchanges

At True Fit, we want you to feel confident, comfortable, and completely in love with your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
